Society for Rational Dress Spring 2009
Society for Rational Dress is one of those few collections which consistently drums out amazing, wearable and eye-catching pieces, season after season. This is quite refreshing, as one sometimes needs solace from the fact that many designers lose their vision along the road, or at least deliver a clouded vision. Spring was full of a ton of great silky-smooth jersey, and a few unavoidable trends like the jumpsuit, but hey, Grassini has been designing that shape for years. Sneak Peek: Society for Rational Dress
I really don't know what else to say about Society For Rational Dress' fall '08 collection, other than its just as amazing as always. They designed a couple handbags this time around and brought back my favorite over sized tee(top pic, middle dress) similar to one Guild made a few seasons back, which I wear obsessively despite the three holes I've worn in it. While anxiously awaiting for this collection to hit stores(5 or so months, ouch...), shop spring online here.
