I was trying my hardest to steer clear as much as possible from these tmi pictures of Maggie Gyllenhaal as the new face of British lingerie house Agent Provocateur, but I couldn't. I was just having a conversation about how Maggie is such an easily forgettable actress and hasn't made any worthwhile movies to date. For example, anyone remember, wait, I can't think of any movie she as been in.
Regardless, my point is, she bores me, and her clothes bore me, her style bores me, and this new campaign bores me, well, maybe offends me if anything.
What ever happened to models modeling? Celebrities are popping up all over the covers of nylon, bazaar, lucky, vogue, w, you name it, they are on it. They are even taking over the catwalk.
I miss the good old days when super models like crazy Naomi and Turlington where the ones you saw in your mailbox every month. Makes me wonder, aside from fashion week, are models getting any work at all?
Please, Maggie Gyllenhaal, are you kidding me? Stick to the silver screen. Bring back Kate Moss, she may be a coke head but at least she knows how to model.
