Starr McCaleb and Laura Cramer conceived their new collection A Piece Apart while on a road trip through Texas. Inspired by the simple and beautiful landscape, the designer duo came up with the idea to design a compact 15 piece collection of staple, interchangeable pieces that go well pieced together, or pieced apart. Here are lookbook pictures from SS '09, complete with a couple on-trend rompers, well-fitted linen blazers and beautiful while simple sand washed dresses.

These are just great! As a 65 year-old, I especially appreciate the longer skirt.
Big Question: How can I find out what shops in my area are offering these wonderful clothes?
