Mollie Dash designs bold, eco-friendly jewelry. How is this Brooklyn based artist's jewelry eco-friendly you ask? Not in the conventional sense, like by using hemp and organic materials, but in a more creative way. Mollie Dash uses discarded, thifted, donated and yard sale-derived materials. She also uses cotton and linen cord rather than leather, and she makes things last. Like a true scavenger, Mollie has been know to pick materials straight off the ground. When it comes to packaging, she uses the same technique of recycling; when possible all boxes, tissue and materials are re-used. Shop the collection online here.
