Jaeha S/S 08/09

Jaeha designer Jaeha-Alex Kim, 21, is known to many as the most exciting talent to emerge from New Zealand in a decade. Great news for such a youngin'. Jaeha has quickly become known for its signature drape, as well as its bold and youthful energy. Most of all, Jaehe gains attention through their balance of editorial and everyday wear.

This Spring/Summer 08/09 collection "Colouring in Calms Me Down" is inspired by "The Dreamers," a movie about misunderstood youth in the setting of the French student riot. Stocklists are limited, but you can purchase Jaeha online at General Cucumber.

On a separate note: sorry to interrupt this regularly scheduled fashion post, but I just wanted to share how happy I am with the results of yesterday's presidential election. I'm over the moon! Bittersweet I guess because the results of California's Prop. 8 don't look promising. The castro was crazy last night here in SF. Check out these pictures.
