I've written about NY based Nomia a couple times before. I've happily stumbled across their edited fall '08 collection, and, voila, here are my favorites...loving the fringe on #1. It would be nice to see what the dresses look like on someone older than 12, but luckily I've seen Nomia before, and each piece works well. Spring will be available online at Impulse Seattle.
