Today has been a day of recaps, time to reflect on all the collections unveiled yesterday in Paris. One show in particular seems to be the crowd pleaser and center of attention, balenciaga. The reviews are poring in, and all seem to follow the same theme, perfect 10. What's new you may be asking? Well, in reference to head designer Ghesquiere, his "technical dexterity" is "heroic" and representative of "short-sharp revolutionary essays in couture technique." Flowers were the big theme this season. “I wanted the color of flowers but not their niceness, where the look was gentle yet tough,” the designer told FWD. I can go on and on and on about how Nicolas Ghesquiere did it again and created a collection of looks that are quite frankly, untouchable by the oober reproducers like H&M and Zara, but I'll just post these pictures and let the collection speak for itself.
