Chloe Interview

Chloe Sevigny debuted her line w/ Opening Ceremony on Monday and graciously sat down for a mini interview with style.com and breaks down the concept behind the collection. Although we just get a glimpse of some of her favorite pieces, the line looks great. I already have a wish list of the pieces I want to try. My favorite part is when Chloe descirbes how she wanted to use her junior high and early high school years as inspiration. I loved my style back then and my willingness to really experiment through clothing. I loved the way two people could take the same pair of pants but really make them individual by adding their own personal embelleshments. I wasn't scared to try different or "weird" outfits and make them my own. Everything was so new and fresh and "to each is own". We all need a little of that adolescence to come out in our style now, don't we?
